Cross-linked PU is one kind of reacted polyurethane. With exclusive processing method (Patent No. USA 6780266B2, TAIWAN 182904), Good Raise can provide extremely thin (0.15mm~1.0mm) PU sheet for products such as mouse pad...etc. According to the good sustainability of heat, Cross-linked PU is an excellent material to proceed heat transfer sublimation imprint. The method is completely solvent free, so the cross-linked PU sheet is not only environmental friendly, but also keeps users from chemical toxication.
Features
1.Good Softness & Perfect Fit on the Contact Surface: The thickness can be as thin as 0.15mm (close to paper thickness). Although the material is very thin, it will not crinkle and remain the perfect fit on the surface of desk, table, etc.
2. Thermal Resistant: Cross-linked PU could withstand the transient heating up to 250℃ and withstand long-contacting temperature up to 120℃. Due to this characteristic, this material is good and suitable to proceed heat transfer sublimation imprint.
3. Anti-Slippery: Regarding to the soft condition of Cross-linked PU, the material itself has already presented good characteristic of anti-slippery. It does not need to add the extra function of anti-slippery.
4. Easy Cleaning: Cross-linked PU is able to clean with cleanser, machine washable and easily dry.
5. Water Stability: The material will not be destructed after long bathing and showering by water.
6. Weather Stability: No chemical migration after long exposed under UV.
7. Non-tearing material: Cross-linked PU has a polyester fiber inner layer. This makes the structure very strong and is not easy to tear even when processed to as thin as 0.15mm.
8. Can be made into Transparent Form / Semi-transparent Form / Non-clarity Form: This is adjustable according to custom needs.
9. Can be embossed on surface to show 2D/ 3D effects: During the manufacturing process, the surface could be made according to custom design and shows 2D / 3D special effects.

11. Different Surface Textures for Choices:
A. Fur Fabric Surface: The surface is with comfortable contact feeling, high-class and fur-like appearance. For its appearance and anti-slip backing, it could apply on mouse pad, floor mat, and counter mat, etc. Moreover, if the fur fiber surface changes into Micro fiber, it will become as a bar mat with excellent water absorption
B. PK Fabric Surface: It could apply on mouse pad, etc. PK fabric is especially designed and developed for DIY mouse pad to the customers.
C. Embossed Vinyl Surface: For the embossed surface, it is specially designed for the objects that need to move smoothly on the surface.
