Dedicated Production Equipment for Anti-fatigue Flooring Tiles

Pro-Pad has completed the development of dedicated production equipment for flooring tiles and has officially entered the final trial run stage. This production equipment incorporates Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing concepts and operates with a fully automated production process, effectively improving overall production efficiency. These capabilities provide data for subsequent quality optimization, further enhancing the stability of production quality.

This equipment is specifically designed for processing soft foam material into flooring tiles, achieving a precise and stable machining accuracy of ±0.02mm. Such a level of precision ensures that each produced tile, when assembled, delivers unprecedented consistency and flatness. It is expected to further promote wider use of Anti-fatigue Flooring Tiles. 

As the trial run phase nears completion, the production equipment is expected to enter mass production after the end of Q2 this year, at which point Pro-Pad will be able to accept OEM and ODM orders. Going forward, the company will enable flexible adjustment of production conditions based on different specifications, supporting the continued development and market expansion of the flooring tiles product line.
