Soft foam has long faced challenges in achieving stable conductive performance in the industry due to its foamed structure. Through the integrated development of material formulation and foam structure, Pro-Pad has successfully overcome this limitation. Even with a one-piece foam structure, it can consistently achieve a surface resistance of 1*10e5± Ω (ANSI/ESD S7.0-2005, ASTM D257) without compromising its original soft, cushioning, and shock-absorbing properties.

This pioneering development enables us to apply conductive soft foam to anti-fatigue mat products, expanding their applications in ESD-sensitive workplaces and related professional industries. Through our partnership with a North America customer, we have successfully introduced our Conductive Anti-fatigue Mat to the local market, receiving positive feedback.
