Rubber Foam Factory | One-Piece Rubberized Gel Foam for Anti-Fatigue Applications

Our rubber foam factory produces Rubberized Gel Foam, material that uniquely blends PU Gel and Rubber for shock absorption performance. Retaining the physical properties of PU Gel, such as shock absorption and cushioning, we use rubber as the carrier and modify it through a patented process to create Rubberized Gel Foam. This technology foams the material into a closed-cell structure, resulting in a one-piece foam with enhanced tensile strength, tear resistance, slip resistance, and oil resistance. Additionally, this single piece of foam features gradual structure which combines a softer upper layer and a dense under layer, providing both extreme comfort and support, making it ideal for anti-fatigue applications.

  Rubberized Gel Foam features a patented manufacturing process and material structure. Its closed-cell foam structure and one-piece foam construction make it easy to clean and maintain. This single layer of foam is crafted with a soft upper layer and a dense under layer, differentiated by 2 to 3 Shore C durometer degrees, to enhance stability and comfort.
